Since you are opting to have strings playing for the ceremony/cocktail hour/dinner, I suggest that Integral DJs begins no later than 6:30pm (see that example laid out below).

Aside from the actual music, though, I strongly recommend having mics + a sound system set up for the ceremony + for toasts so everyone in the audience can aptly hear what is being said up front. In that case, if Integral DJs is to set up the mics/sound system for those events, they will need to set up/start earlier. Whatever Marc needs to do here - go for it. He knows what his team needs to succeed.

The timeline reflects formal dances in the tent right after toasts. Following formal dances, there is unobstructed time to enjoy the outdoors before transitioning guests into the Marina Room at 9:00pm for open dance/hanging out.

You'll need 2 separate sound system setups to ensure a smooth transition. Bring up how you want music already playing in the Marina Room when guests are walking in.

This changed from when we last emailed Marc. Since then, we decided to have The Woodmark music playing in the Library during guest arrival + the string quartet beginning to play at 3:15pm when guests begin taking their seats.
