Pacific Engagements was founded to ensure that your best interests are continuously valued and prioritized throughout the entire wedding planning experience.

Before founding Pacific Engagements, Alyssa devoted herself to understanding the Seattle wedding industry from the inside out. She worked alongside wedding planners who had been producing events in the Greater Seattle Area for over a decade, ascertaining the best client and team management practices, as well as determining how to create the optimal client experience through organizational tools, educational resources, and adept communication. She has dedicated numerous hours towards sitting face-to-face with local Seattle wedding photographers, florists, caterers, and other vendor companies to deeply learn what exactly each company needed to be efficient and successful on a wedding day.

Pacific Engagements began serving Seattle with the focus of providing more than just a service, but an unforgettable experience. WEDDING COORDINATION

With our Coordination Collection, we will meet soon after booking to explore and identify significant logistics for your wedding. After our discussion, Pacific Engagements will curate a wedding planning checklist that will provide you with specific tasks to accomplish by set deadlines. Over the next six months, you are accruing your wedding vendors and decor on your own with your coordinator’s guidance to ensure you are completing tasks on-time. Overall, we will be working intimately together make sure every detail has been accounted for and is logistically executable.

Pacific Engagements will be present for your wedding ceremony rehearsal, as well as the entirety of your wedding day to be the point-of contact for your vendor team. We are there to keep events on-schedule, make sure guests do not miss anything important, and to ensure that both you and your guests have a wonderful experience.

    • Development of a customized wedding planning checklist

    • Monitorization of wedding planning checklist completion (beginning immediately upon booking)

    • Vendor management (beginning 12 weeks prior to your wedding day)

    • Logistics support + detail finalization

    • Development of detailed timeline + layouts

    • Management of your ceremony rehearsal (30 - 60 minutes)

    • Management of your wedding day

    • Complimentary wedding coordination assistant
