The Woodmark Hotel
Kalee and Tate were thrilled to plan their dream wedding at the Woodmark Hotel in Kirkland, WA, but living in Chicago meant they needed help. Alyssa from Pacific Engagements expertly guided them through the final steps of planning, bringing their vision of an elevated outdoor party to life, complete with a spirited New Orleans-style second line parade.
On their wedding day, the sun shone brilliantly, creating a lively atmosphere as guests enjoyed cocktails and gourmet bites on the hotel lawn, followed by dinner under the iconic ivory reception tent. Just as dinner wrapped up, thick rain clouds unexpectedly rolled in. Undeterred, Kalee and Tate knew their guests would be swept up in the energy of the second line parade. As the lively brass band struck up a tune, guests grabbed their parasols and followed the couple into the Woodmark Hotel.
As the parade commenced, brilliant lightning illuminated the sky and rain poured down from the sky. The storm was relentless, but inside the ballroom, the festive atmosphere soared.
With the joyous sounds of the band, the couple and their guests danced the night away, unbothered by the weather outside. The wedding was a beautiful blend of love, laughter, and the spirit of bringing loved ones together.
